In alignment with the organisation’s vision of transforming minds and unlocking potential, The 234 AI Hackathon Games aims to equip Nigerian youth to have a concrete knowledge about Artificial Intelligence (AI) usage and how to effectively use it for their betterment. This project will sharpen the students perspective and views, as well equip them with the right expertise and skill set needed in carry out their day to day activities
AI HACKATHON GAMES 1.0
Stage 1:
25 participating winning teams in groups of 2 and 4, will be seated round tables and tasked to apply their AI knowledge to solve a real-world problem. This could be anything from building a chatbot to predicting stock prices. 15 winning teams will be selected to proceed to Stage two.
Stage 2:
Stage 2 winning teams will be given another task and 10 winning teams will be selected to proceed to stage 3.
Stage 3:
Participants will be tasked to refine their AI projects and present their peers/audience and faculty. This will give them an opportunity to receive feedback and recognition for their work. Following their presentations, the final 5 winning teams will be selected, using well stipulated guidelines/criteria.
Rewards: 3 winning teams will be rewarded with cash gifts.
